Virreyes town, located in San Fernando, Buenos Aires Province, is an hour drive away from Argentina´s capital city.
In Virreyes, there is a large semi-urban population with a large variety of unmet basic needs and the violation of rights.
That unfavorable social fabric impedes them from accessing the opportunities that they need to develop and prosper.
The children and their families face uncertainty, insecurity, lack of access to health care, educational and labor exclusion on a daily basis. All this erodes their self-esteem and personal dignity. The demotivation, apathy, disinterest and disillusionment constitute the scenario that surrounds them in addition to the non-coverage of their basic material needs.
